Gives a good perspective

This was an interesting book, I really liked the training content and the aspects of the book that discussed how the boys established there training regime and created a culture of success together. What I didn't like was the parts where Alistair talked about himself, I found it to be very egotistic compared to his brother and it detracted from the other good parts of the book

Olympics came and went. Time keeps moving on.

A unique perspective on the now famous brothers. They did not just show up and win, they have been and still are training for the next big event. The Browniee brothers have gone after their dreams and have worked really hard to make them happen. It is reassuring to see that hard work and perseverance do pay off. Good luck to them in 2016 Olympics and their adventures along the way.

Nice to meet the Brownlees.
Down to earth very hard workers who reached the top by working harder when others went inside.
No great surprises and relatively simple language but its not rocket science, its sport.
Would have liked more detail on their training specifics.
